How long will you take to deliver my design?

We usually take less than 24 hours. Most of our designs are delivered in about 8 hours. In some cases we may take more than 24 hours.

What payments method do you accept?

We only accept PAYPAL, because its safe for the customer.

Will you charge me for re-sizing and adjustments on the design?

You will not be charged for simple re-sizing and adjustments. 

How can I order more than 1 design at a time?

You can order in bulk by contacting us on: [email protected]   After you will be invoiced directly from us, using PAYPAL.

How will I receive the digitized files?

You will receive your digitized file/s via email. Please make sure that you included your proper email address in the order form.

Why Do you use a Gmail email address to deliver the digitizing?

It’s to reduce the probability that the email containing your files will be sent to your spam folder.

Do you outsource your work?

No. We do everything in-house.
