Most shirt logos sit on the left chest. Three to four inches is typical. That is small logo embroidery digitizing, and it is our $5.99 tier when the longest side is 5 inches or less.
Small does not mean sloppy. Satin edges need a clean column. Tiny gaps in a letter need to stay open after the fabric pulls. We digitize those details by hand.
Good uses for the $5.99 size
Pocket crests, sleeve marks, onesie bears, and tote marks that stay modest. If you stretch a small logo to 7 inches, the price becomes $7.99 because the longest side grew — the art is the same, the hoop is not.
