How to prepare a logo for embroidery digitizing
Clear edges, simple colors, and a known size make embroidery digitizing faster and cleaner. What to send with your order.
The best artwork for embroidery digitizing is sharp. A PNG or JPEG with a plain background is enough. A vector file is nice, not required. A dim phone photo of a stitched shirt can work if the edges of the logo are easy to see.
Avoid tiny type inside a 2-inch mark. Thread cannot hold a 6-point letter. If the logo has a motto under a crest, we may simplify the motto so it sews.
Tell us the size in inches
Do not send “make it logo size.” Enter width and height. The longest side sets whether you pay $5.99, $7.99, or $9.99. That keeps cheap embroidery digitizing accurate and keeps the file right for your hoop.
If the picture is fuzzy, we email you before we start. We would rather wait than guess.
